Noojee has developed a Zapier app that and hence it can be used in any Zapier zap.

The Noojee Zapier app is a private app and as such you need to get an invite from Noojee to access our Zapier app.

To use the Noojee Zapier app you need:

  • The Zapier license enabled on your Noojee system.
  • A Zapier login.
  • Noojee API Key (Global or User)
  • A Noojee Login

All configuration is done via the Noojee Zapier app (e.g. you don't need to setup up disposition actions etc) The Noojee Zapier app use the Noojee API key and essentially 'pulls' dispositioned leads from the Noojee system.  (This is the opposite to how Noojee Disposition Actions work as we normally push leads to other system).

Triggers

A trigger is something that happens in an app is used to start a Zap's workflow. For example, when a call is dispositioned in the Noojee system or a new lead is created in SalesforceWhen creating a Zap you control when the Zap runs by defining a  'trigger' condition. Then the trigger condition occurs the Zap is automatically ran.

The Noojee Zapier app implements a single trigger:

  • Completed Call

When adding the Completed Call trigger you will need to configure the following:

...

The above four settings essentially create a filter which controls what leads zapier completed calls Zapier will pull from Noojee.

Zapier polls your Noojee PBX every few minutes for new leads that have been called and dispositioned.

The frequency that Zapier polls at is dependant dependent on you Zapier subscription level. For the base subscription this is around once every 15min.

Fields

After creating your zap and adding the Noojee Zapier trigger you need to create a Zapier Action for you zap.

A Zapier Action is an action that runs when the trigger condition occurs.

The Completed Call trigger will inject exposes a set of new fields for you to can use in one or more actions.

The list of fields available is taken from the Campaign Template you selected when setting up the Completed Call trigger. The fields are all prefixed with the word 'Entities' e.g. 'Entities Phone No'

The standard Campaign Template system fields (e.g. nj call datenjCallDate) are also available with the same prefixin the list of fields.

Getting Started

To get started you will need an invite to use the Noojee Zapier app and your Noojee API key.
