As Accounts is a major part of all of Noojee Products and phone systems accounts are managed via the Noojee Administrator control panel. To access Noojee Administrator control panel click on the Home Users button on the menu followed by the Account Accounts button.
The Account page is where a Campaign Manager creates and maintains Agents accounts. Accounts store the login and personal details of an Agent and the Group permissions for an agent. Group permissions give users access to the required services in Noojee Campaigner.
