Field | Explaination |
Login | The username the user will login. Noojee recommend using a standard pattern for all users such as 'firstname initial' followed by 'surname. e.g. John Smith becomes jsmith. |
Password | Enter the user's password. When creating an Account you will need to enter their password twice (so we can confirm you typed it correctly). The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least two letters (A-Z) and two non-letter characters 0-9 or !@#$%^&*(). |
Enter the user's email address. This is used if the user forgets their password. If you don't enter an email address then when they forget their password you will need to reset it for them. | |
Office | The Office is a security measure and controls what location we expect them to login from. If they login from an alternate location (such as home) they will need your permission the first time they do this. |
Play Dialer Tones | When an outbound agent is waiting on the dialer to connect a live lead, the dialer is able to play audio to the agent to indicate progress. The standard action is to beep every 10 seconds. You can change what the agent hears via this drop list. The three most common tones are: Beep - agent hears a beep every 10 seconds Ring - the agent hears continuous ringing. None - the agent hears no audio. |
Role | The user's core role. Their role controls what features they have access to in Noojee Admin and what they can see. The Role droplist allows you to select one of the standard roles or create a Custom role. If you select 'Custom' then you see the 'Permissions' tab appear and you will have to configure the user's Permissions yourself. The following Standard Roles are defined Inbound Agent - used by Agents whose primary job is to take inbound calls and need access to Noojee Vision. Outbound Agent - used by Agents whose primary job is to make outbound calls using Noojee Campaigner (dialer). |
Advance | Clicking the Advanced button will display additional Tabs that let you configure other aspects of a User's account. For most users this isn't necessary as the Basic configuration is sufficient. |
