System properties are held in MySQL a table 'tblSystem' as name value pairs:

The FQDN or IP address of the failover Asterisk server which the handset is to register against.

Some handsets allow for the provision of a secondary failover server. If your handsets supports a failover server and you have a failover server then set this property.
