CDR Per Team Agent

Provides Call Details Records (CDR) summarised by Agent for a selected Team of Agents.  The report also provides the ability to drill down to the raw CDR for each Agent.

Noojee Admin provides the ability to define Teams (via Record | Team Maintenance) of Agents. This report allows you to utilises those teams to quickly select a common group of agents that you need to report on.

Intended Use

Provides a quick means of seeing the no. of calls and duration of calls taken or made from or to an extension.

The extension column will contain either the Extension No. or Agent's name in blue. In either case click on the blue text to drill down to the individual CDR of that line.

Filters

Dates Range

Allows you to limit the range of dates the summary is to be compiled for. If you want to see just a single day of data then the start and end dates must be set to the same date.

Daily

If set to 'True' then their will be a line per day for each agent. If set to 'False' then their will be a single line per agent regardless of the date range.

Team

The team(s) to report on.

Selecting a team selects all of the Agents that belong to that team.
