Future Callback

Provides counts of callbacks which are future dated broken down by month.

Intended Use

Contact centres which set call backs with a long duration (greater than 1 month) will often want to report on the number of future dated callbacks in each of the coming months.

For may sales organisations the 'future dated callbacks' are the calls where sales occur. As such monitoring the build up of those callbacks is a key metric of the team's performance in building the sales pipeline.

Filters

From Date

The first Callback Date Date from which you want to report. You should note that this is the date the Callback is Due not the date on which the callback was created.

To Date

The last Callback due date to report on.

Allocation

You may select one or more Allocations to report on.
