Overview
Provides a list of recordings that hav been made including the DID, Clic, Agent Direction Duration and Date/Time.
Intended Usage
Normally if you want to access a list of recordings you should just use the 'Record | Recorded Calls' page.
Use this report if you need to print or email a list of records that have occured for a particular period, User
Filters
Dates RangeCDR Per Team Agent
Allows you to limit the range of dates within which the recordings must fall to be listed.
User
Select one or more users to control which user's recordings are listed.
Route
Select one or more inbound routes. Only recordings which belong to a selected route will be displayed.
Direction
Filter the set set of recordings displayed based on the direction of the call. The following directions are defined
- Inbound - display inbound calls. Calls from an external party to an internal party.
- Internal - calls between two or more internal parties.
- Outbound - display outbound calls. Calls from an internal party to an external party.
- Pass-Thru - Not normally used. Pass-Thru is used by system where Noojee's PBX acts as a front end to a second PBX (usually for the purposes of recording). These calls are said to 'Pass Through' the Noojee PBX.
