Audit Details
Provides a list of audited actions such as users accessung call recordings and the outcomes of backups and recording migrations.
Intended Use
To view a list of auditable activities to ensure that the system is working correctly and that staff are using the system in the correct manner.
In particular this report should be used to track what users are accessing call recordings or monitoring other staff.
Filters
Date Range
You can set a Date range that you want to view details for by selecting a Start and End date.
User
Select One or more Users to see a list of the auditable activites the user has undertaken.
Audit Type
Select one or more Audit types that you want to report on.
