Zapier is a tool that allows you to connect apps you use every day to automate tasks and save time. You can connect any of the 800+ integrated apps together to make your own automations. What's more it's quick and easy to set up - you don't need to be a developer, anyone can make a Zap!
Zaps can be made using two main components, triggers and actions.
Triggers
A trigger is something that happens in an app that you want to be the start of a Zap's workflow. For example, when a call is dispositioned in the Noojee system or a new lead is created in Salesforce.
Actions
An action is something your Zap does after a trigger occurs. To continue the above example, when a call made in the Noojee Dialer leads to an appointment you could create a lead in Salesforce and an appointment in Google Calendar.
