Scoring of Recordings

Agent Score Report

Noojee Contact allows you to rate each recorded call from the ‘Agent | Call Editor’ screen.

Once you have scored a recording you can run the Agent Score Report to get summary details of each agent's score.

The report displays a count of calls for each score (1-5) along with an average score.

The report allows you to selectively report on agents that have an average score below a given threshold.

You can run the report for an Agent, a Campaign, a Team or some combination as well as for calls that occured within a given date range.
