Wait Approve Handset Change

Awaiting Supervisor Approval

The system has dectected that your IP address has changed and requires a Supervisor to approve you login.

This will be due to one of the following factors:

  • You are logging into the system from a location that is not approved for access to the system.
  • Your Internet Connection is using a Dynamic IP address and the address has changed since you last logged in.

Each of the parties listed in the table have been sent an email notification that your login needs to be approved.

As soon as one of the listed parties has approved you login the system will automatically log you in.

You might want to ring one of the listed parties to ensure that they have noticed that you are waiting.

How can you stop this happening again?

If you have just moved to a new location then you should only see this message this once. Once a location has been approved the system will let you login without needing further approval.

If you have a Dynamic IP address (common for home users) then you need to contact your ISP and ask them to upgrade your Internet connection to have a 'Static IP address'. Most ISP's charge a small amount (around $10 per month) for a Static IP address.
