CAMPAIGN IMPORT DNCR
Noojee Campaigner supports automatically submitting your imported leads to the Do Not Call Register (DNCR).
If you enable Automatic DNCR Washing the Allocation will be locked until your list has been washed by the DNCR.
Once the washed leads have been returned, any excluded leads will be marked as finalised (so that they can't be dialed) and the remaining leads will be marked with an expiry date.
Note: you will need to accept the Noojee DNCR terms and conditions which essentially says, if anything goes wrong its not our fault. So read carefully and make an informed decision.
To use the automatic DNCR you need to:
- Have a 'D' (or higher) Level DNCR subscription
- Configure the DNCR connection in Noojee Admin
- Read and understood the Noojee DNCR terms and conditons
- Accepted the Noojee DNCR terms and conditions
Expired leads
Leads washed via the DNCR are marked with an expiry date. When the expiry date is reached the system will stop you from dialing those leads.
The Campaign Control Panel contains a 'Wash' button which allows you to monitor the progress of submitted batches as well as re-submitting an expired Allocation.
