Internet Explorer
Overview
Noojee Click does not support Internet Explorer (IE)
If however you are using one of Noojee's PBX's then we have a simplified click to dial option for Internet Explorer.
The simplified option allows you to 'select' a phone number with you mouse and then 'right click' the selected text. The context menu will display an option 'Dial'. Simply click the 'Dial' menu item to dial the selected number.
The IE service is able to strip out non-numeric characters so you don't need to be too careful when selecting the text.
Installation
Note: Noojee must also enable the Noojee Click for IE service on your PBX.
To install Noojee Click for IE you need to enter the following registry key on each PC:
Open the registry editor and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\.
Create a new key under MenuExt and call it Dial.
Inside Dial, double click on (Default) and set to the following:
Substitute the address as necessary and change the ext value to the extension of the user's handset.
http://<your pbx ip or hostname>/clicktodial/init.php?ext=<users handset extension>
e.g.
http://10.10.0.140/clicktodial/init.php?ext=108
Create a new DWORD and call it 'Contexts'. Set the value to 10.
Restart Internet Explorer and highlight a phone number. Right click on the highlighted phone number and click on the menu option called Dial.
