03.09 Monitoring
The Agents area of the Campaigner Control Panel is designed to provide some basic 'real-time' statistics as the Campaign runs. The Agents statistics refreshes about every 10 seconds and displays the Number of leads the selected Agent has called from the current Allocation, the number of Agents currently on calls and the total count of leads broken down by disposition.
You can also view a summary across the whole team by selecting the 'All' option from the 'Selected Agent' list box.

Noojee Campaigner also provides an extensive set of 18. Outbound Reports to help monitor the performance of your team.
Goals
Noojee Campaigner allows you to set up Agent and Campaign based calls which allows you to set and track performance targets for each agent.
