Menu Structure of Noojee Administrator

Noojee Administrator provides a list of available services via the Home screen and menus across the top of the page. The list of services available in Noojee Administrator will differ for each user based on the set of Groups the users account is a member of and the set of services installed on your Asterisk PBX.

The following is a list of the standard Noojee Administrator menus that will appear for an Administrator.

Home – takes you to Noojee Administrator home page (White Pages)

Account – this menu is where you go to manage the account and group permissions of Noojee Administrator and view session reports. The following is the list of the sub-menus available under the Accounts menu.

Account – takes you to Account List. This is where the user information is entered and maintained.

Change Password – takes you to Change Password page. This is where you can change a users password details.

Group – takes you to Group List. This is where the Group permissions for Accounts and Menus are entered and maintained.

Session – takes you to Session List. An information page, it displays a list of users currently logged in to Noojee Administrator.

Session History – takes you to Session History List. An information page it displays a list of users who have logged in to Noojee Administrator.

Record – Noojee Recorder and services associated with recording.

Control Panel – displays Noojee Recorder Control Panel. This panel would be displayed to users that only have access to Call recording.

Audit Trail – allows a manager to view the list of audited events.

Business Messages – allows the management and uploading of business messages.

Caller ID Masking – for 'pass through' systems controls what caller id is presented for a given extension.

Reassigned Recordings – allows a supervisor to view recordings that have been re-assigned.

Recorded Calls – takes the user to the list of Call Recordings.

Storage Location - Controls where recordings are stored.

Team Maintenance – allows the linking of agents to a supervisor.

Voice Mail – Allows Web access to individual or Group Voicemail boxes.

Provision – this menu is where the Administrator manages the phones.

Handsets – View and manage all of the phones attached to the PBX.

Import Handset Info – allows the bulk importation of handset details.

Queue – allows the creation of Queues

Route – allows the creation of Routes

Servers – allows the configuration of phone servers

Skills – allows the configuraiton of skills

Voicemail - View and management individual and departmental (or group) Voicemail boxes.

White Pages – manage the white pages directory.

Campaign – Noojee Campaigner and services associated with Noojee Campaigner

Control Panel – displays Noojee Campaigner Control Panel

Call Leads – displays the list of campaigns available to call

Campaign Type – view and manage campaign types which control common disposition sets across multiple campaigns.

Disposition Sets – view and manage disposition sets.

Agent Statistics – statistics of all calls allocated to specific agents.

Call Details Records – lists all calls that have gone through the PBX.

Call Details Distribution - compares how calls were dealt with across a period

Campaign Session - displaying statistics on the activity of each extension during defined campaign 'sessions'

CDR Per Extension – displays the number of calls made on each extension over a set period.

General Statistics -statistics of all queued calls.

Outbound Utilization - utilization for a single extension across a series of days

Queue Callback – Displays details of calls queued for a callback.

Queue Details - details of every call that entered a queue

Queue Statistics - summary details of all calls that entered a queue

Realtime Queue Statistics – provide realtime statistics on queued calls.

Unanswered Calls – details queued calls that went unanswered

All Campaign Calls – provides details of calls made from Noojee Campaigner.

Campaign Statistics – provides summary data of calls made from Noojee Campaigner

Agent Campaign Statistics – provides summary data of calls made from Noojee Campaigner by a specific agent.

Campaign Screen Layout Statistics -

Campaign Summary – for each agent displays the disposition counts per allocation.

System – mange Noojee Administrator and the phones

Auto Answer settings – used by White Pages to force a phone to auto answer.

Data Migration Trigger – force an immediate migration of recordings from short term to medium term

Backup Trigger – forces a backup to be run immediately.

Menu – takes you to Menu List. This is where the Menu structure of Noojee Administrator is set.

MOH Class – Controls the location of Music on Hold sound files for a MOH class.

Synchronize Call Records – load recordings made during a database outage

System Variables – system variables that control the operation of Noojee Administrator.

Logout – logs you out of Noojee Administrator.
