2.5 Market Campaign Scenario

By the time you are ready to create your Campaign Type you should have done all your research, obtained your leads and know what you want to achieve from the marketing campaign. For example, this could be product research, marketing or sales. This information will assist you in building the fields required to import and collect information.

Who is your market?

 

What is your message?

 

What information do you want to obtain (bases for questions to ask and fields to enter)?

 

Are the leads to be broken into some sort of group, i.e. region, personal status, age, etc?

 

What result from the calls to you want leads grouped into (used for disposition codes)? I.e., callbacks, no answer, wrong number, etc.
