Inbound Agent Routes
Overview
The Inbound Agent Routes displays a list of all Agents that are currently logged into a Queue
Details
The following columns are available
Field | Description |
Agent | The username of the agent |
Exten | The extension the agent is currently taking calls on. |
Duration | The duration the agent has been in the current state (Status) |
Status | The agents current state. e.g. logged in, On Call, Hungup... |
Queue | The queue that the current call was routed to the agent via. |
DID | The Direct In Dial (DID) the current call arrived on. |
Route | The Route the call was routed throught. |
Agent Name | The agents full name taken from the Agents Account details. |
Availability | The agents availability to take calls from a Queue. Possible states are Active - read to take a call. On Call - currently on a call Paused - current paused in the queue(s). |
Hide | Allows an individual Agent to be removed from the tile. |
