To enable auto answer.

  1. Goto 'Softphone/Preferences'.
  2. In the Preference screen, select 'Call Automation' on the sidebar
  3. Set the auto answer feature to answer the call after '0' seconds. (Setting these parameters does not enable auto answer, it only defines the behaviour when auto answer is enabled.
  4. Click 'OK' to close preference page
  5. To enable auto answer. Select the drop down menu on the right side of the soft phone and select 'Auto Answer'
