Setting Auto-Answer
For Click to Dial to work correctly in the White Pages and other applications an Auto Answer setting must exist for each brand of handset used within the organization. To set Auto Answer hover on System and click on Auto Answer Settings.
The Auto Answer Settings screen is used to add additional brands of handsets. Create an entry per brand. The 'Handset Name' should be set to the brand name and the SIP header should be set to the Auto Answer header for the that brand.
In the unlikely scenario that a specific model within a brand requires different SIP headers simply create an entry for each model using the model name in the 'Handset Name' field rather than the brand name.
