Transfer a call

There are two types of Call Transfers and two ways to do Assisted Transfers.
 

Blind Transfer (Direct)

  • Press the Tran button or Transfer softkey, dial the phone number, press the Tran button or Transfer softkey.

     

Assisted Transfer (Consultation) - 1st Option

  • Press the Tran button or Transfer softkey, dial the phone number, wait for the call to to be answered and introduce and then press the Transfer softkey or Tran button.

 

Assisted Transfer (Consultation) - 2nd Option

  • Press a new line button, dial the phone number and wait for the call to be answered. Press the Tran button or Transfer softkey.
