Press the Tran button or Transfer softkey.Transfer a call

There are two types of Call Transfers and two ways to do Assisted Transfers.
 

Blind Transfer (Direct)

  • Press the Tran softkey, dial the phone number, press the Tran softkey.

     

Assisted Transfer (Consultation) - 1st Option

  • Press the Tran softkey, dial the phone number, wait for the call to to be answered and introduce and then press the Tran softkey.

 

Assisted Transfer (Consultation) - 2nd Option

  • Press a new line button, dial the phone number and wait for the call to be answered. Press the Tran button or Transfer softkey.
