Installation
Requirements
- Salesforce Lightenting Edition
- Salesforce Call Centre Module
- Noojee Contact 6.5 or above.
- Noojee Call Management API must be licensed
- The Contact Phone fields (Phone, MobilePhone, HomePhone) must NOT be encrypted.

To configure Noojee CTI:
- Activate Call Management License
- Obtain Noojee API Key
- Install the Noojee CTI package
- Define a Call Centre
- Enable CTI for a user
- Remote Site Settings
- Create Softphone Layouts
- Configure screen Pops
- Assign User Profiles to Softphone Layout
- Add Phone Utility to any apps
- Testing
