Requirements

  • Salesforce Lightenting Edition
  • Salesforce Call Centre Module
  • Noojee Contact 6.5 or above.
  • Noojee Call Management API must be licensed
  • The Contact Phone fields (Phone, MobilePhone, HomePhone) must NOT be encrypted.
