To ensure that an agent is adhering to their rostered hours with the ability to compare their variance with the adherence of the entire team.

Date Range
The period to report on.
Agent
The agent or set of agents to run the report against. A pie chart and tabular data will be displayed for each agent selected.
Team
Allows you to select an entire team to report on. A pie chart and tabular data will be displayed for each team member.
