Noojee Phone is essentially a special web page that looks like a desktop application. For the technically minded Noojee Phone is a PWA.
When you install Noojee Phone a desktop icon is added and you can double click to run it.

We have seen this error in two scenarios:
Mismatched codec - your phone's Handset’s ‘Registration Options’ in Noojee Contact should have the following codecs codec selected:

It appears that some chrome extensions can interfere with Noojee Phone’s operations.

At the top right, click More More tools Extensions More tools | Extensions.
Make your changes:
Turn on/off: Turn the extension on or off.

Disable any Proxies
Disable any Firewall
Disable anti-virus

Don’t forget to renable re enable your firewall and/or anti-virus if you enable disable them.
