Black list checks can be used for more than black just Black listing a number.

You can use the black list check to redirect specific callers (based on their CLID) as requiredto alternate routes. Some ideas for what you can do with a Blacklist check are:

  • Push premium callers into a Queue at a higher priority
  • Send customers to the accounts department (because the have an overdue account)
  • Hangup on customers due to them harassing staff.
