Black List Check

If the caller id is in the Blacklist, the call will be sent to the selected CONTEXT and ROUTE.

Black list checks can be used for more than just Black listing a number.

You can use the black list check to redirect specific callers (based on their CLID) to alternate routes. Some ideas for what you can do with a Blacklist check are:

  • Push premium callers into a Queue at a higher priority
  • Send customers to the accounts department (because the have an overdue account)
  • Hangup on customers due to them harassing staff.
