Campaign Agent Statistics
So total counts for each agent (or allocation) during the selected period, broken down by Disposition.
Total time, First Call Date/time and Last Call/Date time for the period are also displayed.
Filters
Date Range
The period to run the report for.
Report Grouping
You can run the report by either Agent or Allocation.
If you select Agent then there are totals for each agent.
If you select Allocation then there are totals for each Allocation.
Campaign Template
The Campaign Template(s) to run this report against.
Campaign
The campaign(s) to run the report against.
Allocation
The allocation(s) to run the report against.
Agent
The agent(s) to run this report against.
