Start the import by selecting where you want the leads stored by selecting on of the available options:

Top up existing Campaign (Recommended)

Allows you to add imports to an existing campaign and create a new allocation during the import or manually allocate the leads at a later stage.

You may want to manually allocate leads if you want to want to split the leads into different allocations (maybe based on State or Postcode).

 - This is the suggested method of importing Leads once a Campaign has been established.

Top up existing Allocation

Allows you to add the imported leads to an existing Allocation.

Use this option if you have a continuous trickle of leads that need to be imported and you don't want to create a new allocation each time you do an import.

Allocations should generally be kept under 10,000 leads.

Allocations greater than 10,000 leads may slow your system down.

If you need bigger allocations the please talk to the support team to ensure your system is suitably configured to handle the larger allocations.

Create New Campaign

Allows you to create a new Campaign that just has the leads from your spreadsheet.

You must have an existing Campaign Template that the Campaign can be imported to and the columns headings in your spreadsheet must match the field names from the Campaign Template that you select.

Create New Campaign Template

Use this If you have a new product or service that you are selling.

Importing a spreadsheet will create a new Campaign Template using the spreadsheets column headings as the Campaign Templates field names.

A default Screen Layout, Dialer settings and Disposition Actions will be created which you may need to adjust before you can start dialing.
