Inserts a Lead into another Campaign/Allocation.
Usage example.
Some times when you have finished with a lead in one campaign you may need to call the lead from another campaign.
A classic example is when you need to Quality Assurance (QA) to be performed on a lead.
In this scenario once a lead has been marked as 'Sale' you can have the Insert Lead Disposition Action copy the lead into the QA teams campaign.
Fields
Campaign
The campaign the lead is to be inserted into.
Allocation
The Allocation (from the above campaign) the allocation should be inserted into.
Field Mappings
If you are inserting leads into an Allocation from the same Campaign Template (as the Allocation the lead is coming from) the the field mapping is completely automatic and you can leave this field empty.
When inserting a lead into an Allocation from a different Campaign Template the system will attempt to automatically match the fields in the lead with fields in the target Campaign Template.
If fields don't match exactly then you can enter a set of field mappings here.
The format is as follows:
Source1=Target1&Source2=Target2&Source3=Target3
Where
'Source' fields are the name of the field in the Campaign Template the lead is coming from
'Target' fields are the name of the field in the Campaign Template the lead is going to be inserted into.
e.g.
phoneNo=phoneNumber&firstname=christanname&surname=lastname
