Overview
The Allocation Performance Report provides summary details of allocations.
Intended Use
A Campaign Manager can use this report to monitor progress on an allocation. In particular the number of remaining leads, callbacks, future callbacks and goals provide key information for the Campaign Manager.
Filter
Use the 'Search' bar to search by any value that appears in the list of allocations.
Fields
field | Description |
Campaign | The Campaign the leads are related to |
Allocation | The Allocation the leads are related to |
On call | Shows the total number of agents who are on call as of the last refresh of the report |
Locked | The total number of locked leads. |
Callback | The number of callbacks that are either due or past due. |
Fresh | The number of leads that have not been dialed and are available to be dialed. This may include numbers that are in the dnc register, this will not be apparent until the dialer starts. |
Available | The number of leads available to be multi-dialed excluding fresh leads. |
Available single | The number of leads that are available for single dial. |
Future | The number of callbacks which are not as yet due. |
Remaining | The number of leads remaining to be called. |
Finished | The number of leads that have been completed. |
Allocated | The number of leads originally allocated. |
Goal | The goal count. |
