The Manage Encryption Wizard helps you to manage access to encrypted Recordings.
Select the action you want to undertake by clicking the adjacent radio button and then clicking the 'Next' button or you can simply use this page to review active users.
Review Active Users
The table on this panel shows you all of the User accounts that currently have access to encrypted recordings. User who have been invited (via the Manager Users action) but have not as yet activiated themselves will not show on this list.
Manager UsersEncryption Page One
You can add or remove a user's access to encrypted recordings by clicking the 'Manage Users' radio button and then clicking the Next button. You will be then taken through a step by step process to activate or deactivate users.
Restore KeysEncryption Page One
The Restore Keys option should ONLY be used in a emergency. This option is used to recover a system where disks have been damaged or all users have forgotten their passwords and the 'Forgotten Password' facility is not working
You should ALWAYS consult with Noojee before using this option.
