The Reports Historical Dashboard allows you to select and run reports.

The historical dashboard has a series of 'tabs' which break reports into high level categories.

Under each tab is a series of tiles. Each tile describes a report and allows you to run the report by clicking the "Launch Report' icon.

Report Groups

In the footer of each tile you will see a coloured coded group:

In the above example the 'Agent/Queue' group tells you that this reports focus on Agents and Queues.

The group simply provides a visual aid to help you quickly identify reports that might be of interest.

Running a report

You can run a report by clicking the 'Launch Report' icon   attached to the tile or the light grey background of the tile itself.

More Information

Each tile displays the initial part of the documentation for the report. To see the full documentation on a report click the 'More Info...' link at the bottom of the tile.

Favourites

The Favourites tab allows you to manage a set of favourite reports that you run on a regular basis.

After you run a report you can add it to your Favourites list by clicking the 'Add to Favourites' icon and then providing a name for the Favourite version of your report.

Any parameters you entered are saved along with the report so in many cases you will be able to launch a report with just two clicks instead of having to go through and set the report parameters every time.

You can add the same report multiple times as a favourite each with a different set of parameters.

Recently Used

The recently used tab shows you a list of the last 50 reports you ran along with a summary of the parameters.  You can re-run any of the reports by clicking the 'Launch Report'  icon for the report tile of interests.
