Reporting Categories allow you to group Dispositions into a Category which then allows you to report on those Dispositions via the Outbound Agent Category Report.
Create any number of Reporting Categories and then use the Dispositions page to associate Dispositions to the Category.
You can then run the Outbound Agent Category Report to measure agent efficiency.

A a description that will remind you of why you created this category.
