Blended Agent Status History

Provides a details of each agent's status across a day.

Blended Agents are agents that use Contact Hub to take both inbound and outbound calls. 

In reality this can be used for any agent that uses Contact Hub or in fact any agent that updates their status via the Activity drop list that appears in the top line of Noojee Contact (after their username).

The report details include:

  • Agent
  • Activity (Status)
  • Start Time
  • End Time
  • Duration

Intended Use

Allows a manager to review each transition  (change of Activity/Status) made by an agent in the selected time period.

This can be useful when having discussions with staff around the timeliness of their actions (e.g. what time the logged in at the start of the day).
