Upload a Do Not Call (DNC) list.
The DNCR file upload lets you upload a list of phone numbers directly into Noojee Campaigner's private DNCR Registry.
List Name
The list name allows you to 'name' the list of phone numbers you are about to upload. Select a name that will be meaningful to you or others in a year or two's time. You can use the List name to delete the list (via Campaign | DNC List) at a later stage if required.
The DNCR file upload supports two types of files:
- Client
- PDNCR
Client
The client list type is not currently supported.
It is intended to allow you to upload a list of phone numbers of your existing Clients. The DNC legislation allows you to call your existing clients regardless of whether they are on the DNC Registery or not.Â
By uploading a list of your existing Clients, Noojee Campaigner is able to ignore DNCR restrictions on those clients phone no.s
PDNCR
The PDNCR list type allows you to maintain the Noojee Campaigner Private DNCR lists.
You can upload a list of numbers that are to be added to the DNCR list or a list of numbers that are to be removed from your Private DNCR list.
File format
To imporat a list of phone numbers the file MUST be formated as a CSV file.
The file MUST contain a single column which holds each of the phone numbers.
The phone numbers MUST be formatted EXACTLY the same as the phone numbers used in the campaign.
