Introduction
The Noojee Answer is designed to be extensible using Tools. Tools allow additional visual controls to be added to the Answer Bar.
Note: Plugins provide backend services whilst Tools the ability to control the UI presentation. Often a Tool will need a plugin to provide it data or a services.
The system ships with a number of standard tools

AnswerTool | When clicked the call currently ringing on the agents phone will auto-answer. Not currently supported for queue calls. | Button |
PopTool | When clicked 1 or many URLs are opened. The URL(s) are provided by the crm-plugin | Button |
CallerIdTool | Displays the caller id number of the caller | Label |
CallerNameTool | Displays the callers name if known. | Label |
CallerDetailsTool | Displays arbitrary data generated by the crm plugin | Long Label |
ClipboardTool | Places arbitrary data generated by the crm plugin into the clip board | Icon |
CallHistoryTool | Provides a filtered list of calls made, received and missed for the last 10 days relating to the configured extension. Numbers in the list may be dialled with a single click. This functionality is dependant on Noojee Administrator. | Button and pop open dialog panel |
