Introduction 

The Noojee Answer  is designed to be extensible using Tools. Tools allow additional visual controls to be added to the Answer Bar.

Note: Plugins provide backend services whilst Tools the ability to control the UI presentation. Often a Tool will need a plugin to provide it data or a services.

The system ships with a number of standard tools

CallHistoryToolProvides a filtered list of calls made, received and missed for the last 10 days relating to the configured extension. Numbers in the list may be dialled with a single click. This functionality is dependant on Noojee Administrator.Button and pop open dialog panel
