Now you need to add the Phone Utility to any apps.
Go to App Manager
Note only 'lightening apps are supported'.
Find the App that you want to assign the Phone Utility to.
Click the Drop Arrow and select 'Edit' to end edit the desired app.
Select 'Utility Items' from the left hand menu.
Clck Click 'Add Utility Item'
Select 'Open CTI Softphone'
