Warm dialing where you want a zero Abandonment Rate and the agent doesn't need to preview the lead.

Works well with any no. of agents.

Single Dial Fast Preview Mode is faster than Preview as time isn't wasted previewing leads. This particularly has a large impact when you get a string of 'Busy' or 'No Answer' no.s in a row as the elimination of the preview phase quickly adds up to a significant time savings.

Single Dial Mode Fast Preview Mode is much slower than Pool or Predictive dialing.

Issues:

Single Dial mode Fast Preview mode does not provide the agent the ability to Preview a lead before the lead is dialed.

Single Dial Mode is slow Fast Preview is slower than any of the Pooled or Predictive modes as it only dials a single no. when an Agent is available.

Overview:

Single Dial mode is Fast Preview is best used to call customers that you have an existing relationship with and you don't want to risk souring the relationship by having Abandoned calls (i.e. customers answers but no agent is available).

Any of the Pooled or Predicive Predictive dialers will always result in a certain no. of Abandoned calls. Single Dial  Fast Preview mode guarentees guarantees that you will never have an Abandoned call.

When dialing may leads will come up as Not Answered, Busy or Disconnected. Single Dial mode  Fast Preview will simply skip through these leads until a lead answers. This compares with Preview mode where each lead is previewed before being dialed. If you have lots of busy or not answered no.s then Preview mode can become very slow hence the need for Single Dial for Fast Preview mode.
