Have the user log out of Salesforce and log back in.

Have the user Launch a Salesforce App that has the Open CTI Softphone Utility added to it.

Check that the Noojee CTI Phone Utility Item appears on the Utility Bar (bottom of the page).

Click on the 'Phone' Utility Item and check that the Phone page opens.

Check that the correct Username and Extension No. is displayed for the logged in user.

Call their extension and and confirm that the Phone page automatically opens.
