From the Salesforce Setup menu search:

Call Centres

Click 'Continue' on the Get Started page.

Click the 'Import' button (middle of the screen).

Click the 'Choose file' button and select the 'noojeecti.xml' file that you downloaded from this page.

Click 'Import'

This creates a 'Noojee CTI' Call Centre.

Edit the Noojee CTI Call Centre you just created.

Leave all of the settings as they are except for:

  • PBX FQDN: enter the name of you Noojee PBX e.g. pabx.clouddialer.com.au
  • PBX API KEY: Enter the API Key for you Noojee PBX that you obtained from Noojee Support.

Click Save
