To make your life easier the Auto Fill tool allows you to rapidly fill out a roster based on Agent Templates that you have defined (see details in the previous step).
The auto fill tool uses the Templates defined for agents and automatically populates the roster with shifts.
If every agent has a standard shift then the Rostering process is very rapid once you have setup your templates.
