Now you have laid out your roster you are ready publish your roster.
Click the publish button and then click OK to publish your roster.
You will be warned if there are any errors in you roster that you should fix before you publish.
An email will be sent to each Agent that has a shift in the selected roster period and team.
NOTE: when you click publish you are publishing the roster for the selected period. You may need to change the period selection before you publish.
We normally recommend that you publish a week at a time.
Updates to a roster
After you have published a roster you can still make changes to the roster.
Any changes you make MUST be published.
When you publish a roster with just a few small changes ONLY the agents that are affected by the change will receive an email.
