You have selected to create a new Campaign using an existing Campaign Template.

To create the new Campaign start by filling out the following fields:

Campaign Template

Select on of the existing Campaign Templates to import your spreadsheet into.

Note: the Campaign Template's fields must match the column headings in your spreadsheet.

You can actually import a spreadsheet with some extra on missing columns. Any extra columns will be ignored (not imported) and any missing columns will simply generate a warning. Only the fields containing phone numbers are required.

New Campaign Name

The name of the Campaign that will be created from the contents of the imported spreadsheet. The name should normally reflect the source of the data. e.g. (Purchased List, Dec 2019).

Create AllocationCAMPAIGN IMPORT TARGET NEW TEMPLATE

Tick the box if you want to create an Allocation as part of the Campaign. All leads from the spreadsheet will be combined into a single Campaign.

If you want to split the Campaign into separate Allocations (say by postcode) then leave this box unticked and perform a manual Allocation after completing the import.

Start AllocationCAMPAIGN IMPORT TARGET NEW TEMPLATE

Tick the box if you want the Allocation to be immediately visible to your Agents.

If you leave the box untick you will need to manually start the Allocation from the Campaign Control Panel when you are ready.

New Allocation NameCAMPAIGN IMPORT TARGET NEW TEMPLATE

The name of the Allocation. Usually this is the same name as used for the Campaign name.

You might want a different name for you Allocation if you want to convey some additional information to your Agents.
