Noojee provides a Salesforce package which allows Noojee and Saleforce to be integrated.

The integration allows Salesforce users to:

  • use 'Click to Dial' from any phone number in Salesforce (at least any phone number in a Saleforce 'Phone' type field).
  • use Screen Pops which will automatically pop an Account's details, Cases or other items you choose when a call from a customer rings on the user's Noojee phone.
  • automatically create an 'Activity' record against the callers's Account recording the calls details (caller, date/time, duration, agent etc).

Salesforce Lightening Edition provide a Call Centre module that allows Call Centre software such as Noojee Contact to be directly integerated wth Saleforce. 

This type of integration is referred to a Computer Telephone Integration.

Noojee's Salesforce CTI module is a standard Salesforce package that is simple to install and configure.

Noojee's Salesforce CTI module does NOT require any software to be installed other than the Saleforce Noojee CIT package (yes it has magic built in (smile).

Requirements

  • Salesforce Lightenting Edition
  • Salesforce Call Centre Module
  • Noojee Contact 6.5 or above.

To configure Noojee CTI:

  • Obtain the Noojee Contact API Key
  • Create Custom Settings in Salesforce
  • Install the Noojee CTI package
  • Configure the rules for the softphone layout (what information is popped when a call arrives).
  • Configure the permissions for each user that will be using Noojee CTI.
