Agent Settings

The Agent Settings page is used to change some basic settings for the Agent if they need to be different from the default values

Background Colour

This sets the background colour of the Agent in the Roster Screen

Font Colour

This sets the font colour of the Agent in the Roster Screen

Effectiveness

This allows the Roster Manage to set an effectiveness against an Agent - some Agents are less Effective (or efficient) than other Agents, so this allows for those Agents to provide less coverage during their shifts.

A good example would be a new staff member or trainee - they won't be as Effective as an experienced staff member, so they could be marked as 75% or 50% effective.
