If this is your first import please read the section on Preparing Leads to ensure that your CSV file meets the import requirements.

At a minimum the CSV file must meet the following requirements:

  • The CSV file MUST include a header row as the first row in the file. The header row MUST contain a unique field name (column label) for each column.
  • If a Field name contains a 'space' then the space will be converted to an underscore ('_').
  • All phone numbers require area code irrespective of where the call is being made from.
