Select the File type that you are about to upload.
Three file types are supported:
DNCR List with indicators
This is a standard DNCR file returned after a wash. You can upload this file to automatically close leads which are now on the DNCR list.
List of phone numbers that are to be closed
This is a list that you may have created yourself or may have come from an internal database.
The file will contain one or more columns which will contain a phone no. On uploading the list these phone no.s will be matched against each of the phone number fields a lead has and if any match the lead will be closed.
List of phone numbers that are to remain open
This is a list that you may have created your self or may have come from an internal database.
The file will contain one or more columns which will contain a phone no. (one per row). On uploading the list these phone no.s will be matched against each of the phone number fields a lead has and only leads which match on at least one phone field will be held open.
