Disposition Set

Disposition Set allow you to define a 'set' of Dispositons (call outcomes) that can be recorded againsta a lead at the end of each call.

Typical Dispositions are Sale, No Sale, No Answer, Busy, Callback  etc.

Each time you create a new Campaign Template a new Dispostion Set will be created with a standard set of Dispositions. You may however find it useful to share a single Disposition Set amongst all your Campaign Templates which can be done by selecting a different Disposition Set from within the Campaign Template.

Dispositions are critical in managing the life cycle of each lead.

Dispositions directly influence the no. of times a lead is called and are able to close a lead out so it won't be called again or even add the lead to Noojee's internal DNC register so that the no. will never be called again.

As well as having a set of Dispositions a Disposition Set can also have a set of Disposition Actions which are Actions which are triggered when a particular Disposition is used. Click the 'Actions' tab for more details.
