Activity Codes

Activity Codes are used to create Activity Code Sets that are used by Agents to provide a standardised reason when Pausing or Stopping themselves in a Queue or stopping the Dialer.

You can add new Activity Codes from this page and then add them to a specific Activity Code Set from the Activity Code Set page.
